Between us, my dear friend Rebecca and I have worked as a rocket scientist and a lawyer, but our attempts to pick ‘cheap and cheerful’ restaurants in San Francisco have met with mixed success.
Last weekend, we took Lisa to Fang (660 Howard St, near the W).
Cheap? Not particularly (though it might be when compared with a night’s accommodation). But very cheerful after the slightly control freak side of my nature surrendered, and we let the staff pick most of the dishes.
We will work on the “cheap” part and take control back – we are usually right anyway! Cheerful is the easy part with you!!! In any case it was yummy and fun. Look forward to next time. xoxoxo Rebecca
